 Morning All,

Since we launched the Zach and Charlie Blog we've been trawling the Internet to find like minded people to connect with and that could help us spread the word about food allergies/intolerance. Of all the major baby food brands Plum Baby was one of the brands on our hit list! Their products are really well labelled and there are so many meals that are gluten/dairy and soya free which is great for any child that suffers from allergies/intolerance.




After a few email exchanges and a quick look at our site we were asked to write a guest blog about the process of food allergy diagnosis and it's just been published today!
