My foodie friend Jo sent this recipe to me
when Zach and her little girl Orla were about 18 months old. It is adapted from the River Cottage Baby and
Toddler Cookbook (by Nikki Duffy). I
made it and Zach loved it. It's packed
full of goodness and easy to make for and with your little helpers.
